Ticket system has done nothing to fix any issues

I had a ticket with a missing calibrator audio and i don't think you guys ever looked to see if their audio just recorded on their page and that's why it is missing on ours. I also had and interview cut off halfway and stop recording. It's been months on of no help and issues. I could like to know what you guys actually did to try and fix these issues?
