I accidentally delete an entire project!!

I went to delete a song I didn’t need anymore but I wasn’t really thinking and accidentally deleted a really important project!! Is there any way I can get it back???

    I deleted 13 projects but some of them were empty. I was trying to delete a folder and didn't see the part where it said it would delete the projects inside the folder too until it was too late.
