Issue with call wirh guests.

Hi, i'm trying to record an episode with a friend, i invite him to the project which he des and appears, and we can chat, but when we try calling each ther, the screen is black, i cant see him or hear him and viceversa and it doesnt create an audio track for his voice only mine, so the system doestn recognize it either,
we tried different people, computers, and tih account or as guest.
can someone help me please?
