My gift for my friend's birthday might be late because it's mixing too slow

Can anyone please help me? It's actually my friend's birthday today and I have to get this to her before she wakes up. Please help a guy out. It's her 18th birthday and I am a part of her 18 songs. Can anyone please help me? It's been about 4 hours and it's still mixing.

  Hello, thanks for getting in touch and apologies if our response is too late! We do hope you were able to give it to her.

  The time it takes for a project to mix and master does depend on the length of your project, number of tracks, internet connection, your subscription, and a lot of other factors.
  
  However, it shouldn't take too long! If you feel like it's taking too much time, try opening your project in a private/incognito window and see if it's already done mixing there. If everything's good, you can return to the original window and proceed to clear your browser's cache to help your device's RAM and prevent this from happening again.

  My podcast has been "mixing..." for 2 DAYS now. None of these suggestions helped. I sent multiple emails and posted questions. I am cancelling my subscription unless I get some answers and solutions soon. We were supposed to put out the podcast two days ago. This is unacceptable.
