Sound Trap Education password help

Hi everyone, I am a primary school teacher and recently purchased SoundTrap for grades 3-6. I entered all of their Microsoft emails and passwords jnto the system and organised them into groups. Today they all tried to log in and none of them could get in because it said they needed to change their passwords. What have I done wrong here? How do I get them all in?

  To answer your question, there could be so many factors why this might be happening; it depends on how the students were imported, what kind of LMS integration was used, etc. The best way to sort this out is to send our support team an email here so that we can look into it as quickly as possible.
