Going from Educational to Personal use

In high school, my teacher gave me access to an educational account, and I have been using it for some time.  Now that I have graduated, I no longer have access to my account, or my compositions.  How can I continue using Soundtrap and access my compositions from high school on a personal account?  Whenever I try to sign up for a personal account with my educational account's username and password, it doesn't allow me to proceed.

  Yeah I have the same problem, I just finished a summer music program and I have a lot of projects I don't want to lose ):
