I can`t save my project!

HELP!!!

I cannot save the music.When it comes to 49percent ,it always says that it cannot connet to the soundtrap.com and advice me to check the connection.But in fact, the internet is well.I can do any other things on the soundtrap except saving the project!!!

  Please try the following troubleshooting steps as these can fix most issues:

  • Use Google Chrome to open Soundtrap for the best compatibility and performance
  • Clear your browser's cache
  • Update your browser
  • Open Soundtrap in a private/incognito window

  If you're using the app version, kindly try these instead:

  • Close all other apps before using Soundtrap
  • Clear your device's cache
  • Restart your device
  • Reinstall the app and make sure it's updated

  If you're still having trouble saving after trying these, let us know here in the Community or send us an email here. Do let us know how it goes :)

  I can't save...

   

  saving - 33%, 57%, 33%, 80%, 77%, 54,

  And then this message...  WOW hello with three o's. Like they are having the trouble!

   

  Hellooo? We cant connect to Soundtrap. Mind checking your connection?

   

  What is your problem guys and gals?

  Great program but this must be the basic for everything...  to be able to save the work.

   

  Please fix and help and HELLLOOOOO?
