Using two USB mics at once

When I input a mic it works fine but then when I add the second one, the second one works fine but the first goes quiet to the point of not really being heard at all, any idea what I might be doing wrong? Any help would be much appreciated.

  I would like to start doing the same thing. I would like to use two USB Microphones at the same time. How do I do it?
