Interviewing Guests
This is the second time that my guests have not been able to join the call! They arrive and the screen is black no sound nothing. Only chat enabled. It worked for 1/3 guests. I love the platform it's the best out there for video no doubt but this will not fly!
One person had a phone and was unable and the other was on a laptop. This style of service I cannot justify paying for.
Please fix your bugs. Please <3

I am having the same issue. My guest can call in, I answer and we can chat with each other but our screens are both black and there is no sound coming in. It is interesting because it worked the first time be tried calling and we have not changed anything.
Please sort this out for me!
