    I am having the same issue. My guest can call in, I answer and we can chat with each other but our screens are both black and there is no sound coming in. It is interesting because it worked the first time be tried calling and we have not changed anything. 

    Please sort this out for me!

    Hi, same issue happened here so I'd appreciate any advice on how to fix it. I see this comes up a lot though, could you at least post some general advice on how to troubleshoot it, alongside sample setups that are causing the problem to happen?
