Inputting MIDI data on mobile devices

As a teacher primarily setting work remotely via Soundtrap to almost 1000 students I was left in a difficult situation when I wanted to progress my student's composing skills by advancing from using loops to inputting their own basic melodies. The issue was that only students with computer access at home could carry out this work. Students working via phone/ tablet could not as this feature is not available. Please make musical education accessible to all by adding this feature.

  This would be a huge improvement for iPad users. What midi keyboards bring to the process is not only the ability to play instruments differently but also the capability to express via velocity.

  Connecting a MIDI controller (keyboard or other) to an iOS or Android device should be a must now.  You can easily couple up a keyboard to a computer to sequence work, but it would be a massive help to all educators (and other users) if a MIDI keyboard compatibility could be added to the iOS app for SoundTrap.
