Multi-select projects for quick cleaning of projects page

As a teacher that is primarily setting work for nearly 1000 students remotely via soundtrap my projects page is very cluttered with past assignment folders ad the projects used to create those assignments.The only way I can see of clearing this page up, and therefore allowing it to load faster (supporting work load) is if there was a multi-select tool to select multiple projects/ folders and be able to delete them with one click of the button.

  I've been searching for a way to organize the folders - place old project folders into another parent folder.  Be able to ORDER the folders so that the ones I want to view are at the top.
