Metronome Options: Accent Beat 1

Would be GREAT if we could alter beat one in the metronome so students won't get lost as easily. Similar to common metronomes etc. A ping or something as an option.

  You can do this if you select a different metronome sound. The 'click' doesn't have it but, if I remember correctly the 'clave' sound does :)
