song wont stop mixing

my song has been mixing for quite some time now and it wont allow me to export it. does anyone have a fix for this.

  We encountered a system issue yesterday which affected performance in the studio, including saving and mixing projects. The good news is that it is now fixed and you should now be able to save and export your work without problems.

  It's February 8, 2021, and the problem with Soundtrap mixing my song for hours, making it impossible to download it still exists. 

  I've cleared everything that can be cleared, as far as I know.

  What seems to also happen is that after a couple of hours of "mixing" the song, Soundtrap asks me to sign in again. If I do that, then the entire process starts all over again, with the mixing going on for hours before it's done. Any tips? 

  What was the system issue that you encountered 8 months ago that affected performance in the studio? Thanks. :)

  I see where over a year-ago I wrote, because of the problem with Soundtrap mixing my song for hours. Yes, my song was over 2 hours and 13 minutes. So I tried a one-hour song and that mixed for about an hour.

  It's a year later, March 20, 2022, and the same problem remains. I was told that if I subscribe to Soundtrap Supreme, then that would give me priority mixing, so today I joined. So far, that has not benefitted me.

  Soundtrap has a lot of good qualities. But I don't know how Soundtrap can get around the mixing problem.

  I'm having this same issue now in March 2023. My song has always take a couple minutes to mix but today its been mixing for way too long... I'll be honest, I'm scared something's wrong with the system... I've spent months in this and I am unable to export my track. What should I do to fix this?

  While we're sorting things out, we've added a temporary feature that allows you to directly download the project from the Studio. Under File, select "Download mix (beta)"
