Mixing
I just saved a multitrack file and it's taking a very long time to mix. It's been at least 10 minutes and it's still going.

Hello Michael, thanks for getting in touch!
The time it takes for a project to mix and master really depends on the length of your project, number of tracks, internet connection, your subscription, and a lot of other factors. Not to worry, it shouldn't take too long.
However, if you think it's taking an unusually long time, feel free to send us an email so we can look into it :)

Hi, thanks for getting in touch!
We’ll be passing this to our support team so we could have a closer look. Someone will contact you soon.
Let us know if there’s anything else :) -
Hello @Quarto Crescente, thank you for reaching out!
Kindly try the following:
A. Project Duplicate.
Open the project and choosing "Save as.." (2) under the File menu (1). (This is also super useful for alternative versions, or backups when you go wild with experimentation.)
(1) File menu - Save as..
(2) Save as... dialog
B. Tweak the project to trigger mixing
To retrigger the mixing of your project, make very slight changes to the project(s) such as adjusting a volume knob, truncating/extending a quiet section of a region, etc.
Let us know how it goes :) -
