I seem to not have the EDU admin button. I feel I should have, probably I have done something completely wrong
If you don't see your groups and the EDU Admin tab on your profile, it can be because of the following:
- You've been assigned with a "student" user role
- You're assigned with "teacher" role but your permission to use the EDU Admin tab has been removed
- You've been imported to another EDU account
Speaking to your EDU account owner to confirm this and having them change or enable the necessary permission for your user role should easily fix this. They may also send us a direct request to re-import you to your corresponding EDU account.
If you've confirmed that you have the correct user role and permission(s) but still don't have access to the EDU Admin tab and/or groups, please contact our support team here.
