Free Trial Expired

I signed up for a free Soundtrap for Education account which was said to be a 120-day free trial. 5 minutes after signing in, the program told me that my free trial had expired and I had to buy more seats. Can you please assist. My students begin online learning on Monday and I'd like to roll this program out then. Thank you!

  I have also sent a request into your support email.  My students and I have existing accounts, but I am getting new students enrolled in my class during the covid19 pandemic.  Our state is going in to mandatory lockdown today and I was hoping to get myself, my staff and students onto Soundtrap asap.  Does the EDU account include the Premium/Freemium functions?

  We had a free account.  Created a new account when purchasing.  Now the students who were in the free account can't register to the new account.  How do I move them over?
