Metronome can be heard in audio???

Every time I use the external audio recording feature and turn on the metronome to keep tempo, the metronome can be heard in the actual recording itself. I've tried using headphones, unplugging them, etc. how do I fix this?

  I am having the same issue. I had a student share their recording with me. The metronome is playing and I cannot shut it off in the recording. Help....

  Hello, thanks for getting in touch with us! It's possible that during recording, your student's mic might be picking up the metronome sounds from their earphones/headphones. To avoid this, just remind them to keep their earphones/headphones far from their mic during recording.

  We also suggest lowering their phone/computer's volume during recording so that the mic doesn't pick up that much unwanted audio/metronome sounds. After recording parts, they can turn it right back up.

  it could also be that the metronome button is on at the bottom of the screen. You could turn off metronome.
