cant login

anyone else having trouble logging in? im on the login page, i type in my info then it dissapears after i press enter and doesnt even tell me if the password is right or wrong, or if theres an issue with anything. i just cant login. I can login on my iphone but i need my laptop. Im using a chromebook if anyone can help. Thanks.
