Exporting to MP3, File Ends Up Being 0 MB

I am having trouble with the exporting feature. It seems to be a bug that needs fixing. I can export on both Chrome and Edge, but every time (BOTH BROWSERS) the file keeps coming out as 0.00MB (empty file).
