Students can't login, it says "EDU acount password needs to be changed"

 Hi There, 

 

I enrolled 7 students this morning for a music production class, and I set a temporary password for each student. When they attempted to login, it said their "EDU account password needs to be changed."

 

I'm unclear why this is because I just set all their passwords this morning. Please advise

  Hi, thanks for reaching out. There's a temporary password for every student that needs to be set. Upon logging in, their passwords are obliged to be updated to a permanent one.

  I am having a similar issue. My students are being redirected to the password change link, but it's loading for a very long time without actually going to the page. It's not working on different browsers either.
