Site keeps forgetting that I'm paying for premium and ripping features away. I have to then reach out to support (bot vibes no offence) and it takes about a week to resolve. Can't you guys just like.... remember that I pay you every month??

  I've paid for a year! Tuner stopped working. Long chat session, sent screenshot and video 4 days ago. Nothing.
