My account isnt enabled?
Tried to to sign in but all that happens is a message saying "Your Soundtrap account is not enabled."
I didnt get an email about this and now I just cant login, anyone else get this?

I'm having the same issue too. It's happening on a monthly basis. I lodge a support request, my account is 'looked at' and then I regain access to the features that I've been paying for for literal years. All of this takes about a week?
I tried to ask one of your reps why this keeps happening, so that perhaps I can resolve it myself next time it inevitably happens, but was told it's just a a technical glitch. Please look into this
