Soundtrap is 100% busted

I have been using Soundtrap since 2017, paying for the premium pack for about 2 years.
As of 2 weeks ago, I have lost access to:

• Automation
• Voice Tuner
• Voice Transform

I have also just tried to switch to the free package (I'm obviously not going to continue paying for a half baked service) but there is no longer a button to press to switch back to free. There are of course, clickable buttons for all the paid packages, hilarious.

No number to call for tech support and every email has the cadence of a bot. Literally what is going on.
