Nektar SE49 USB Controller Keyboard

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased the Nektar SE49 controller to use with Soundtrap, which recognises the controller but I can't get any volume even though the notes are being played on Soundtrap.

My computer is running Windows 8.1. Would this be the issue?

I can try and upgrade to Windows 10 if that might help, or is there a simple fix to my problem.
