need to log in as educator

Hi! I am new to Soundtrap and have been trying to set up my free educator trial. However, Soundtrap sees that I already am a "student" on my team teacher's account, (Karen Kaibel, if that helps). I need to be able to finish logging in as an educator to finish setting up my students' group. Can you help?
