Import Files Not Working

Each time I try to import an mp3 file from my files, Soundtrap gives me an error message reading, “We ran into a slight problem. Try again or refresh the page.” This has been going on for a few days. I have tried signing out, clearing my browsing history, everything I can do. It’s the same error on all my devices. I’m not sure how to fix this.
