Hi,

For some reason I have been billed for 1 year membership 169 euro. But I never wanted this service/software. Never ever. Not sure how is it possible that I have been billed.

I would like to ask if it's possible to cancel my membership (started yesterday and never ever used) and refund. I already opened a ticket. Ticket ID: #376711
