am I able to use the new sampler on an educational account?

my friend has the free version and he's using the sampler but it doesn't give me the option to.

  theres a sampler?

  i didnt even know, i dont think its fully released to everyone yet.

  it probably only shows to a few people as a test or something.

  The Sampler, as far as I know, is available to some.

  I had the sampler for a while until today and now I can't see it anywhere.

  I just hope it's a bug and they make it available to all instead of putting a good feature behind a paywall like many other things.

  The fact that they didn't give the Sampler feature an official announcement or anything is weird too -- maybe it is a beta feature but I feel like that'd be specified.
