Exporting issue

Lately, I'm having many issues with Soundtrap as it seems to have changed quite a bit. When I export tracks to MP3 that have been edited with parts cut out and then stitched together, it now seems to only download a portion of the track. When I merge them together, it seems to work OK (used to export the whole track without having to do this) but now it exports without any sound at all. It plays fine in the studio and I can see the track length is correct now, except it's without sound.

  This calls for further investigation as this is an unintended behavior in the studio. For the meantime, we'd like to suggest optimizing your browser by:

  • Use Google Chrome to open Soundtrap for best compatibility and performance
  • Clear your browser's cache
  • Use the updated version of your browser
  • Try using a private/incognito window in Chrome
