Hi everyone, 

We have been experiencing some issues with the Soundtrap site during the past days.

We are are seeing access issues and issues within the studio. 
This is affecting the Soundtrap app as well. 

We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. 

Our tech team is working hard on trying to fix this as soon as possible and we are looking into solutions to prevent this from happening again. During this time access and functions will be affected intermittently.

Please check status.soundtrap.com for updates on site access.

  Do you have any news ? Can you please update us of what is going on ? It's impossible to use the Studio at this time.

  Sorry Abiel, I don't understand to what are you refering ? It might be up but surely not running.

  One of my project is not loading all my tracks and another one is loading NONE.

  The track extraction is also not working properly and extracting only parts of it.

  Oh, and in case you want to suggest it, I already opened a tcket with the support... and didn't get any information.

  Can we have some real updates please ?

  Hey Abiel, 

  I am experiencing similar issues to Emiliano. None of my songs are loading on my PC, even ones that haven't been edited or even accessed since you guys started experiencing issues. They are all saying "Couldn't load some files". I am able to access the MIDI files on my phone, but even the .mp3 and loops are not loading.
