projects wont load

i spent all night working on a project that i love. it said it, "automatically saved." that was a lie. when i went out, it said empty. i was confused at first, cause usually would say, "mixing," but it didnt save. i checked in later and it said it said it was 4 seconds long and didnt have any sound waves. i went into it and it was all there. weird. my boyfriend said it was probably a glitch. im thinking that its cause of the automatic save, cause its never done this before. and thats new. plesse help!

 

update: i downloaded it and it was still 4 seconds long
