Here’s how:
1. From the Home page, click the Support button on the bottom right corner.
2. Then, click the Live chat.
3. From there, you need to fill the following info:

- Name
- Email address (it is better to use the registered email address)
- Current subscription (required)
- Message (brief summary of the message)
Once done, just click Start chat.
You just need to wait for the support to start the chat.
Legends:
- End chat
- Attach file
- Options
- Sound
- Email transcript
- Edit contact details
- End chat
- Maximize
- Minimize
- Zendesk.com
- Back
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Using the email address in contacting us would make the process much easier.
- Make sure to include the correct subscription to be routed in the correct department. Click here to know your current subscription.
- Chat time: 2 AM - 7 PM US EST.
