Your guest calls in and says they're ready for the interview. But you don't see the message saying, "Set up voice tracks" in the Collaborators tab. Oh, no!
Some browsers aren't fully-compatible with this feature, so we recommend asking your guest join the podcast using the latest version of Google Chrome.
