Need to reduce the number of students seats for the upcoming school semester? Just follow the steps below!
If your subscription was paid using purchase order (PO), please contact our support team here for assistance.
For online-purchased subscriptions, follow these steps:
- Go to EDU Admin.
- Select Subscription.
- Under Number of seats, select Change.
- On the Edit number of seats window, select Reduce seats.
- Enter the number of seats you want to remove.
*The total number of remaining seats cannot be less than the minimum requirement (50 seats).
- Click Next to go to the confirmation page.
- Fill out the required fields, then select Confirm.
*Seat reduction will be applied on your next renewal.
