Here are some guidelines to help you get your Soundtrap for Education subscription funded through DonorsChoose:
Submit your special project request to DonorsChoose
When creating your project, click on the header above to start your request. You will need to download a Soundtrap price quote here and attach it to your request on the DonorsChoose portal.
Submit your order to Soundtrap
After your project has been fully funded, click on the header above to submit your order before DonorsChoose processes the payment. This step is necessary for us to activate your subscription and generate the invoice, which serves as the updated payment document required by DonorsChoose.

Invoice and payment processing
Once we receive your order, the subscription will be activated, and the invoice will be emailed within 48 hours. The project owner must upload the invoice as the updated payment document to their DonorsChoose project, so DonorsChoose will process the payment directly to Soundtrap.
