Vanja, I'm having a problem with my students chromebooks, every time I go to settings, midi, it says "upgrade browser...midi needs an itty bitty upgrade. Mind upgrading your browser". Now I've upgraded the version of chrome and it still isn't working, same issue. Weird thing is that MY chromebook, which has the same version of chrome, works with midi and midi keyboards. The only difference is my chromebook model is a model 11 g5 and my students are a model 11 g3. Also, when I use other keyboard apps on my chromebook they recognize the midi keyboard when I plug it in but again, on my student's chromebooks, on the same app that works on my computer, the midi keyboard is not detected.
Do midi keyboards work with soundtrap on android, I recently bought a otg cable to connect with my huawei p10 and I can't get it to work with soundtrap, but it works fine with other apps. I've tried to use the midi-settings button but it only says I need to upgrade my browser and then does nothing.
Recently I bought a M-Audio Keystation 61. It didn't work no matter what solution was tried. whenever I opened the midi settings, it would only load forever. I found after opening Firefox that sound trap required chrome browser for the midi piano to be found. turns out I the only way for my midi piano to work was to open up sound trap through the chrome browser. It now works perfectly fine.
We have found that on Windows 10 Microsoft Edge will not recognise the midi keyboard, but it all works on Chrome.
