Make sure your payment method has enough funds, and is:
- Registered in the same country as your Soundtrap account.
- Enabled for internet banking.
- Not restricted for online purchases.
If you're seeing these error messages, contact your bank to investigate the issue:
"Your card has a temporary hold. Please use a different card or contact your bank."
"The transaction was declined. Please use a different card or contact your bank."

- Try using a private/incognito window.
- Try a different browser.
- Try connecting to a different network.
- Try a different payment method.
